Returns

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used sanitary products are not eligible for return.

• Items damaged due to customer misuse
• Products without original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Proof (clear images or video) is required to process the claim.

Refunds

• Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed.
• Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
