Returns
- We offer returns within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used sanitary products are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Products without original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof (clear images or video) is required to process the claim.
Refunds
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
