At Aquatouch.store, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Pakistan. This Shipping Policy outlines all the details regarding how and when your orders will be shipped.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving full payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order is confirmed.


2. Delivery Time & Method

  • We deliver through trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

  • Typical delivery time is:

    • 2–4 business days for major cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad).

    • 3–6 business days for other locations including rural or remote areas.

  • In rare cases (e.g., bad weather, courier delays), delivery may take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to most orders.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000 (limited time offer).

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you place the order.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on all orders across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure someone is available at your provided address to receive and pay for the parcel.

  • Refusal to accept COD parcels may affect your ability to place future orders.


5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and location details are correct and complete.

  • Aquatouch.store will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Tracking information will be shared so you can monitor the status of your delivery.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order is damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • In case your parcel is lost or not delivered within 7 working days, contact our support team immediately.

  • We will investigate and either resend your order or process a full refund.


8. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, political disturbances, courier strikes, or force majeure events.

  • Delays due to high demand (e.g., during sales, holidays, or Eid seasons).
    However, we always strive to keep you informed in case of such delays.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within Pakistan.
